Why yesterday?

Over time, we've built many templates that we can re-use on most projects. They annihilate dev time (literally). At this point, we have collected the following materials:

  • architecture type that would be selected specifically for each project
  • starter packs depending on the type of the project (DevOps best practices, security best practices, performance best practices, etc)
  • admin panel for managing users/contents and analytics
  • ready-made UI kits for working with Web/Mobile
  • our own modules for integration with 3rd party services (Twilio, Twitch, etc)
  • some routine processes which will be already done (managing files, CI/CD)
  • health check for project status (sent via in Slack)
  • tech & project documentation templates
  • QA checklist templates
  • design templates

It's as if you've started your project yesterday.

What do you receive in the end?
  • a working product
  • access to the source code of the projects (frontend, backend, mobile)
  • tech documentation
  • project documentation
  • credentials to the cloud providers and all third-party services
  • access to Play Market/App Store
  • access to the dashboard that shows the status of the project
  • access to the admin panel (credentials)
  • all designs + UX audit if we do it
  • QA checklist
How do you guarantee quality?

Take it from our clients. As people who have worked with Fulcrum a lot, they seem to have the time of their lives. In fact, go ahead & read Fulcrum's customer reviews on Clutch

Who decides what features should be in your MVP?

MVP is called MVP for a reason, right? It will include critical features only. But we will decide together what features are a must, taking into account the time it takes to develop them.

Who owns the code & legal rights after the development is finished?

It works like this: the client is the owner of all legal rights to the product, including all tech documentation, source code, UI design, etc. Meanwhile, we might showcase your project in our portfolio.

Will I be able to continue development after MVP?

Sure, cap. That's the beauty of it - the app is fully scalable, which means you can add additional features & continue working with the app. You're welcome, pal!
